Refreshing, smooth, and soft tasting pils. In the spirit of the true one from Bohemia region.
We have lot of things going on here. First of all mashing is done in bit different than we normally do. This time paid a lot more attention to protein rest, beta rest, and alpha rest phases.
Hopped only with Saaz, so it brings very traditional pils taste. We believe pilsner should be a lager turned up to 11. Indeed, we used more hops (in weight) on this one than on most of our heavily hopped IPAs. Still managed making this one quite low IBU beer.
To make the crystal clear appereance, and crispier taste, we lagered this pils for two months.
