Our experimental German style IPA.
On hops side we used best IPA hops we know, and combined them with traditional German hops. Malts were selected to get more full bodied and darker beer than our usual malt base provides, the color reminding us about Lederhosen.
What makes this even more experimental, we bootstrapped our new brewing equipment with this batch. Because of this we were able to achieve way much better brewhouse efficience. Thus this is the first beer over 6% alcohol.
